Devon Stopps from the City of Toronto presented the City of Toronto’s Net Zero Existing Buildings Strategy that identifies nine key policy actions the City will take to accelerate the uptake of retrofits by home and building owners while maximizing potential benefits and minimizing potential harms to building owners and tenants.
